Today we are in my cute little French village again, Pélussin, where I organize Full French Immersion Weeks for people who want to quickly improve their French!

To give you a little taste of Pélussin and show you some of the fabulous activities & people you’ll meet during our week together, I am building a series of interviews with them in French with French subtitles, to help you discover the richness and beauty of the French country!

Today, I’m interviewing Valérie Mouton-Ferrier from Instant Safran, which is the name of her company and farm.

She is an organic saffron farmer who also gives cooking classes! She is remarkable. Watch this video you’ll love her!

She organically grows her saffron, she also transforms it, and teaches us what to do with it.

Before we started the interview, she offered me some delicious saffron tea. Or should I say, some green tea to which she added a little saffron. So lovely! Have you ever tried that?
